Cafe Variome Beacon v2



Querying Cafe Variome resources

This Beacon uses the GA4GH Beacon API specification v2.0.0-draft.4 and is provided by the Bioinformatics Research Group at the University of Leicester, in conjunction with the Cafe Variome adopters.

The server will return true or false to indicate if the Cafe Variome resources have already observed the particular variant (and null along with an error message if there is a problem with the search parameters).
